Balance Your Studies, Build in Time for Other Activities

  • Don't forget to exercise. If you are on campus, be sure to use the resources around you. Walk the Portage Hike and Bike Trail, hit the track near the DeWeese Health Center, use the volleyball net at Beal Hall, in addition to other spots around campus. Walking instead of taking the bus is always an option too.
  • Don't forget to eat! All that studying with no fuel is an equation for disaster. Plan your meals ahead of time at one of Kent State's , that accommodate just about any dietary need or restriction.
  • In a rush? Locate the food truck called A Fork in the Road!
