Tatee Sakr's path to success in the fashion world started at 91ÊÓƵ. As a 19-year-old immigrant to the U.S., Sakr chose 91ÊÓƵ because it was close to her new home in Cleveland and had a reputable fashion design program. Now an industry professional, she is giving back as a key faculty member.

‘Dazzling Day and Night’ Pairs with Old Hollywood Style as New Exhibits Debut at Kent State
The 91ÊÓƵ Museum celebrated the opening of two new fashion collection exhibits, one of which honors the 91ÊÓƵSchool of Fashion’s founders and another the style of Hollywood legend Katharine Hepburn. During the celebration, retiring museum director Sarah Rogers was honored, and incoming director Sarah Spinner Liska, Ph.D., was introduced.

Alumni Macy Hudson was just named Miss Ohio USA and will compete for Miss USA, while Caitlin Seifert, named Miss Northern Ohio, is competing for a spot the Miss America competition.
